Sahara is a 22-year-old Arabian/standardbred mare who is available for adoption to an experienced handler/rider. This feisty girl was surrendered to us by her owner who was downsizing their herd. She has spent much of her life unhandled, with the exception of a brief period with a trainer. Sahara has a lot of potential to do great things, but she will need an adopter who has experience working with green horses. She is currently working with one of our trainers, who sees a lot of potential in her.
