Sierra is a lovely little chestnut mare who was surrendered to the Santana Center by her owner. She is estimated to be in her mid twenties, and although she is an excellent little trail horse, she prefers to be a companion only due to arthritis resulting from an old knee injury. She has a very sweet temperament and gets along well with our other horses. She is currently on a joint supplement for the arthritis and will continue to need it for maintenance. Sierra loves to be brushed and loved on by her very own special person!
